Grown Proud – When we are young, we all have dreams—a time of playing, learning, and growing. This painting was inspired by a child’s dream of creating a “housewife robot.” His imaginative idea was a fridge robot filled with food to eat whenever he’s hungry and capable of cooking and handling chores when his mother is away at work.
While I can’t build his “housewife robot,” I can paint a fridge full of food that symbolizes nourishment and growth. Through this artwork, I hope to bring his dream closer to reality. Like other artists in this competition, I aim to inspire and support the dreams of children.
For me, the greatest joy comes from helping this child grow—seeing him as a strong, healthy seed for the future, full of rainbows and opportunities. One day, when he’s grown, he might even turn his dream of a housewife robot into a reality. This painting is my small step in helping him believe in his dreams and his ability to achieve them.
